Moonflower Design Studio is an exploration of artistic floral design stemming from two farmers’ appreciation for the beauty inherent in nature’s rhythms.
For years, Mandy and Steve O’Shea have been committed to growing food and flora naturally and sustainably at their own 3 Porch Farm. Mandy’s keen eye for beauty in the unexpected, paired with her dual perspective as a farmer and a florist, inspired her to launch Moonflower.
Mandy is dedicated to bringing seasonal and naturally-grown elements of nature into the framework of any celebration. The handcrafted floral arrangements are exponentially more intriguing, uniquely beautiful, and meaningful because the elements of design are in season, locally harvested, and set free from the confines of the traditional floral industry.
Moonflower Design Studio offers everything from bulk botanicals that include mixed buckets of assorted flowers and foliage, to ‘a la carte’ floral installations like bridal bouquets and arrangements, to full floral design for large-scale events like weddings and banquets. The studio has been repeatedly recognized for its excellence and innovations, and this year they were distinguished as one of the Top Floral Designers by Martha Stewart Weddings.
